Joe Fuller is an expert in mobile data solutions and growing early stage companies.  For over 25 years, he has led companies from inception to market launch, and through investment and recapitalization.

An electrical engineer by training, Joe has utilized his technical skills and knack for targeting business needs to drive multiple Atlanta-based technology companies through substantial revenue growth stages.  Prior to joining Vehcon, Joe was the Executive Vice President at Airsage, a pioneer in the use of cellular network signaling data for transportation and mobile analytics applications.

Joe's experience in driving organizations from concept to execution spans a broad range of technologies and markets at companies including Flexplay Technologies (limited-play optical discs), LidRock (sponsor-driven entertainment media), AtlanticWeb/Arcadus (Internet software), ClickChoice (Internet content security), Abaco Mobile (wireless supply chain solutions), and ADAM Software (educational software).

Early in his career, Joe led OEM and network product development at Hayes Microcomputer Products, the inventors of the PC modem.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
